Quick Katsu began with a simple idea: to bring something different to our neighborhood. Almost 15 years ago, we set out to offer Japanese-inspired meals made with Japanese ingredients, at prices people could enjoy every day.
We use imported Japanese ingredients and have developed our own distinctive flavor profile, adding a little extra savory richness and sweetness to suit local tastes. Combined with freshly cooked food and a kitchen built around speed and consistency, it's our own way of making every meal satisfying, convenient, and affordable.
Over the years, we've watched our neighborhood grow alongside us. Some customers who first visited as children are now happily married adults. We're grateful to have been part of their lives, one meal at a time.
